Looking for something we can understand, learn and play. I have no idea what it receives. Ideas would be helpful.

Get books, or a mini-trampoline, or Duplo (large Lego) blocks - My Girl 3yo loves, or to make paints, colored pencils, a notepad, pearls and chains String, bubbles, cool shoes ..... . Video (TV, computers) is not good for 3 years for the development of the brain - a part of the brain, and promotes their learning disabled, even if it instructive. I see my daughter a couple of videos, but it is doing so much better for them!
Do not even think you should buy your game. Not yet. It's like a baby, and he has not now the things you do with your hands. It should not look at computer screens all day.
